Domestic Shipping Only
Moderne Kraft currently ships within the United States only. We do not ship to international destinations, U.S. territories, or APO/FPO addresses at this time.
Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all orders. Shipping costs are included in the price of every item — no surprises at checkout.
Production Time
All items are made to order through our print-on-demand fulfillment partner. Please allow 3–7 business days for production before your order ships. Production time is separate from shipping transit time.
Shipping Timeframes
After production is complete, standard shipping typically takes 5–10 business days depending on your location. Total estimated time from order to delivery is 8–17 business days.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery status directly with the carrier.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please verify your shipping address carefully before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at hello@modernekraft.com. We will do our best to correct it before production begins, but changes cannot be guaranteed once an order is submitted. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Moderne Kraft is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after the carrier confirms delivery. If your package is missing, we recommend checking with neighbors or your building management and filing a claim directly with the carrier.
