Welcome to Moderne Kraft. By accessing or purchasing from our website, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

1. General

By using this site and placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and agree to these Terms of Service. We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the site following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Products

All items sold at Moderne Kraft are made to order through a print-on-demand fulfillment partner. Product colors may vary slightly from what is displayed on your screen due to monitor settings and printing variation. We are not responsible for color discrepancies that fall within normal printing ranges.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in USD. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time without notice. Payment is due in full at the time of purchase. We accept all major credit cards and other payment methods available at checkout.

4. Order Processing

Orders are submitted to production shortly after purchase. Please allow 3–7 business days for production before shipment. Once an order enters production, it cannot be modified or cancelled. Cancellation requests submitted within 24 hours of ordering will be considered but are not guaranteed.

5. Shipping

We currently ship within the United States only. Shipping is included in the price of all items. Estimated delivery times are 5–10 business days after production is complete. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or for packages lost or stolen after a confirmed delivery.

6. Returns & Refunds

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges except in cases of misprints or items damaged upon arrival. Please refer to our full [Return & Refund Policy] for details on how to submit a claim.

7. Intellectual Property

All designs, graphics, and content on this site are the property of Moderne Kraft and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without express written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Moderne Kraft shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the order in question.
